Performance Management
Peterborough is in the process of implementing a new performance management framework that will ensure that the Greater Peterborough Partnership (GPP) is able to direct, monitor and manage performance to ensure that it can meet the outcomes within the Sustainable Community Strategy (SCS) and the targets agreed in the Local Area Agreement (LAA).
In 2011 the Greater Peterborough Partnership (GPP) will:
- be co-ordinating a range of high-quality, value for money services to those living, working and playing in Peterborough
- have secured efficiencies across partner organisations through implementation of this performance management framework
- be seen as an exemplar Local Strategic Partnership (LSP)
- have met or exceeded its Local Area Agreement (LAA) targets, and
- have achieved improved performance in the forthcoming Comprehensive Area Assessment (CAA)
